Terms and Conditions — Sales Agent

1. Agent Relationship

As an ALMEKO.CLUB Sales Agent you are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or legal representative of ALMEKO.CLUB. You have no authority to bind the platform to any agreement, make representations on its behalf, or use its trademarks without prior written consent.

2. Referral Commission Structure

You earn a commission for each access pass purchased through your unique referral link. Commission rates are tiered by performance:

Tier is recalculated monthly. Commission is earned only on confirmed payments (not on pending or refunded transactions).

3. Bonus Programme

Additional one-time bonuses may apply:

• Bonus B: Awarded upon reaching a cumulative sales milestone (details communicated by the platform).
• Bonus C: Awarded for recruiting a qualifying new Agent who reaches Silver tier in their first calendar month.

Bonus criteria and amounts are set by ALMEKO.CLUB and may change with 14 days' notice.

4. Payment Schedule

Commissions are paid three times per month:

• 10th of the month — for sales confirmed 1st–9th
• 20th of the month — for sales confirmed 10th–19th
• Last calendar day of the month — for sales confirmed 20th–last day

Payment is made by bank transfer to the IBAN provided in your agent profile. You are responsible for ensuring your IBAN is correct and up to date. Minimum payout threshold: €10. Balances below this threshold roll over to the next period.

5. Taxes and Legal Compliance

As an independent contractor you are solely responsible for declaring and paying all applicable taxes (income tax, VAT, social contributions) in your country of residence. ALMEKO.CLUB does not withhold taxes on agent commissions. Upon request, the platform will provide a commission statement for tax purposes.

6. Conduct and Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Make false or misleading claims about the platform or pass benefits.
• Purchase passes through your own referral link (self-referral is prohibited).
• Use spam, unsolicited messaging, or deceptive advertising methods.
• Operate multiple agent accounts.

Violation of these rules results in immediate suspension, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and potential legal action.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agent relationship at any time with 7 days' written notice. Commissions accrued up to the termination date for confirmed sales will be paid on the next scheduled payment date. Commissions from pending or disputed sales will be held pending resolution.
