Terms and Conditions — Tourist / Client

1. About the Platform

ALMEKO.CLUB is a digital intermediary platform that connects tourists and travellers with local service providers ("Partners") who offer preferential pricing to verified pass holders. The platform does not itself provide the underlying services (accommodation, restaurants, attractions, transport, etc.) and acts solely as a facilitator.

2. The Access Pass

Upon successful payment you receive one (1) digital access pass linked to your account and registered device. The pass grants you access to the ALMEKO.CLUB partner network for a continuous 24-hour session beginning at the moment of your first partner scan (not at the moment of purchase).

  • Activation deadline: 10 days. Your pass must be activated (first scan performed) within 10 calendar days of the purchase date. Passes that have not been activated within this window expire automatically and are non-refundable.
  • Maximum of 24 partner validations per 24-hour session.
  • A minimum interval of 10 minutes applies between validations at the same partner location.

3. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are displayed in EUR. By completing the checkout you authorise the stated charge to your payment method.

Refund policy: Refunds may be requested up until the pass is activated (first scan). Once the 24-hour session has started, the pass is considered fully consumed and no refund is available. For unactivated passes that have expired within the 10-day window, refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis — contact support@almeko.club within 30 days of purchase.

4. QR Code Security

Your QR code is a dynamic, device-bound security token that refreshes automatically. You must not screenshot, share, or transfer your QR code to another person. Each token is cryptographically signed and tied to your registered device; attempts to use a copied QR code will be rejected. Misuse may result in permanent account suspension without refund.

5. Partner Services

ALMEKO.CLUB is not responsible for the quality, availability, or accuracy of services offered by Partners. Each Partner independently sets the discount or preferential price they provide to pass holders. Disputes regarding Partner services must be resolved directly with the Partner. You may report Partner misconduct via support@almeko.club.

6. Acceptable Use

The pass is for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to: resell passes, share your QR code, attempt to circumvent security mechanisms, or use the platform for any fraudulent purpose. Violations result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.

7. Privacy

We collect and process your personal data (name, email, device fingerprint, scan history) solely to operate the platform and prevent fraud. We do not sell your data to third parties. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy at almeko.club/privacy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALMEKO.CLUB's liability is limited to the amount paid for the pass in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or Partner services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
