1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ALMEKO.CLUB platform (the “Platform”), operated by Almeko Technologies SIA, a Latvian limited liability company registered in Riga, Latvia (Reg.Nr. 40203310504). By creating an account, purchasing an access pass, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. The Service

ALMEKO.CLUB is a digital intermediary that connects tourists and travellers (“Users”) with local merchants (“Partners”) who offer preferential, fair-price services to verified pass holders. The Platform issues a digital, device-bound access pass valid for one continuous 24-hour session, which begins at the moment of the first partner scan and not at the moment of purchase.

We act solely as a facilitator. We do not provide the underlying services (accommodation, restaurants, attractions, transport, etc.) and accept no responsibility for their quality, availability, or accuracy.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase a pass. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your account credentials. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised access via support@almeko.club.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are displayed in EUR and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. By completing checkout you authorise the stated charge to your payment method.

5. Digital Goods Refund Policy

The access pass is a digital good delivered electronically. In accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)) and the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law (Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības likums), you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Refunds are available before activation. You may request a full refund at any time up until your pass is activated (first partner scan), provided the request is made within 14 days of purchase.
• No refund after activation. Once the 24-hour session has started, the digital content is considered fully supplied and consumed, and the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies. No refund will be issued.
• Expired unactivated passes (not used within the activation deadline shown at purchase) are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contactsupport@almeko.clubwithin 30 days of purchase.
• Fraudulent or duplicate charges are always refunded in full.

6. Acceptable Use

Passes are for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to: resell or transfer passes, share your QR code, screenshot or copy QR tokens, attempt to circumvent security mechanisms, or use the Platform for any fraudulent purpose. Violations result in immediate account suspension without refund and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

We process personal data in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698). Full details of what we collect, why, and your rights are set out in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ALMEKO.CLUB's total liability arising from or related to your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid for the pass in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, lost profits, or losses arising from third-party Partner services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and applicable European Union law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections you enjoy under the law of your country of residence. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Riga, Latvia, subject to any contrary mandatory jurisdiction available to consumers.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
